Pinch Pot Teacups
Description in progress...thank you for your patience.
Handmade, pinch pot, ceramic teacups. Casein is glazed in an off white glaze made to look almost yellow or buttermilk-like due to the red terra-cotta clay of the teacup. The rim and exterior of the teacup have accent designs of a metallic black glaze that drips and shimmers with hints of gold. Rubus is glazed in a bubbly matte clear glaze with accents of raspberry red glaze. The glazing of these cups does not hide the texture of the fingerprint pressed surface.
